• Device token for push notifications (iOS/Android)

Location Information

• Approximate location to show nearby boats (only when you grant permission)

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the App
• To process bookings and payments
• To send booking confirmations, updates, and invoices

• To verify owner identity and boat listings
• To improve the App and detect fraud

• Boat owners receive your name and contact details when you make a booking

We implement industry-standard security measures including bcrypt password hashing, JWT token authentication, and HTTPS-only communication.

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
